Disability Wheel

To use the disability wheel, choose a start date on the top calendar. Enter the number of weeks / days to be calculated from the start date. Click on the "Apply" button. The end date will appear on the bottom calendar. Please note, if you change the date on either calendar, the other calendar will adjust to the number of weeks / days entered. If you change the number of weeks / days, the dates will only be changed on the calendar after clicking on the "Apply" button.
